基于Orbitrap GC-MS法的家具用涂料VOCs化学物种谱研究Study on the Chemical Species Profile of VOCs in Furniture Coatings Using the Orbitrap GC-MS

摘要(Abstract):
采集不同家具制造厂的常用功能性涂料(油性漆、水性漆、固化剂、拼板胶和稀释剂)共41个样品,运用气相色谱四级杆静电场轨道阱质谱仪(Orbitrap GC-MS)检测了样品涂料释放VOCs的种类和成分,分析给出了家具用涂料释放VOCs的化学成分谱。结果表明:不同类型涂料释放VOCs化学物种谱不同,筛查的VOCs物种最多的为121种,最少的为26种; VOCs物种多的主要是由油性漆涂料和固化剂释放,稀释剂释放VOCs成分种类最少。采集样品涂料中释放VOCs的主要物质亦各不相同,同一类型涂料释放VOCs TOP9的成分差异不大,油性漆涂料释放VOCs主要是对二甲苯和乙苯等苯系物;水性漆涂料释放VOCs以苯系物、二丙二醇丁基醚等醚类和乙酸丁酯等酯类为主;固化剂释放VOCs以二甲苯、乙苯和甲酸乙烯酯等苯系物和酯类VOCs为主;拼板胶释放VOCs以二甲苯、乙酸酐和羟基丙酮等苯系物、酯类和酮类VOCs为主;稀释剂释放VOCs以二甲苯和乙苯等苯系物和酯类VOCs为主。所采集的样品中无论是哪一种涂料,均检测苯系物的成分,且油性漆中苯系物的成分和含量高于水性漆。
